Booking Terms & Policy

Opening details:  We are open all year round except Christmas.

Rates: Rates from £60 - £95 per room per night depending on the season. The price includes breakfast.  Single occupancy from £35. For Goodwood events the higher rates apply and there is a minimum booking period of three nights.  There is also a minimum booking period for Bank Holidays and summer weekends. Single occupancy may not be available for special events and summer weekends. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time or to make special online offers.

Reservations and payment: The first night’s stay is required as a deposit. We can accept payment in cash or by cheque and we also accept the following debit and credit cards: (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Visa Electron and Solo)

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable, unless we can re-let the room.

Conditions: Check-in is from 16.30 – 19.00. Early or late check-ins can be arranged in advance.  Check-out is by 10.00 (10.30 on Sundays).  Guest access: 16.30 - 10.00 (10.30 on Sundays).

Children: Children over 10 years of age welcome.

Pets: We have a friendly dog and cat of our own so we are not able accept other pets.

Smoking: Field View is a no-smoking house.
